Welcome to the website of the premiere  Reno - Truckee River Fly Fishing guide, Arlo Townsend.  Arlo has been fishing the Truckee River and Pyramid Lake religiously, since 1997.  He grew up fishing the waters of his home state, Alaska, but has spent the last decade fly fishing the Eastern Sierras, primarily the Truckee River system.  In 2004, Arlo turned his passion into a career, by becoming a fly fishing guide.  Since then, he has made a great name for himself through his clients, lectures, articles, and dedication to the sport.
Catching huge Truckee trout on the fly doesn't hurt either!

Arlo provides guide services for beginners and advanced anglers on the Truckee River and Pyramid Lake (Nevada).
All trips are catch and release.
